A 90-day field notebook for the offline life.
Slow, paper-and-ink, photographed by you.
What it is
Ninety small challenges. One per day. Each one pulls you out of the feed and into the room you're already in.
You don't beat the algorithm by trying harder. You beat it by living somewhere it can't reach.
The Low Dopamine Path gives you that somewhere. A daily quest, a proof photo, a private notebook of the season you spent paying
attention again.
How it works
One quest a day. Open the app, read the brief, do the thing.
Take a proof. A single photo, captured in the moment, kept on your device.
Watch the wall fill in. Ninety squares. Each one becomes a memory.
Skip without guilt. The calendar moves; the active card waits. Catch up at your own pace.
Four chapters, ninety days
I — The Foundation. Days 1–22. Reset the basics: sleep, light, breath, walking with no destination.
II — The Notice. Days 23–45. Train attention. Read a paragraph slowly. Watch a stranger. Eat without a screen.
III — The Reset. Days 46–68. Empty the rooms, the inbox, the head. Make space on purpose.
IV — The Mastery. Days 69–90. Build something tactile. Teach what you've learned. Close the season.
