What is The Low Dopamine Path?
The Low Dopamine Path is a 90-day journey of small daily challenges designed to break the dopamine loops that come with always-on
screens. Each day surfaces one quest from one of four chapters — The Foundation, The Notice, The Reset, and The Mastery — and asks
you to capture a single proof photo when you've done it.
How does the daily quest work?
Open the app and the Active Task Card on the home screen shows today's challenge. Read the brief, do the thing in the real world,
then tap "Take proof" to capture a photo. The proof is filed in your private notebook and the day is marked as proved.
What if I miss a day?
The calendar keeps moving — Day 12 is always Day 12, twelve days after you started — but the active card stays on the first day you
haven't proved yet. You won't be punished for skipping a day; you'll just see the missing one waiting for you the next time you
open the app, and you can catch up at your own pace.
Can I change today's quest?
Yes. Before you've taken your proof, tap "Pick another from " on the active card. The app will swap in a different quest from the
same chapter. Once a proof is captured, the quest is locked in for that day.
Where are my proof photos stored?
On your device only, in the app's private storage. They are never uploaded to a server and we never see them. If you uninstall the
app, the photos go with it.
How do I share a proof?
On the active card or any proved day's detail popup, tap "Share". You'll get a 1080×1920 share card to post anywhere — system share
